Once
again we spent Christmas with Stuart, Michelle, Jack and Georgia. Christmas morning starts at 6am when the
presents are opened
Nanny
gets a cuddle from Jack to keep her going until we can all go back to bed
Despite Michelle’s best effort to keep it all tidy, the
sitting room with the large neat pile of brightly wrapped presents around the
Christmas tree is soon covered with discarded wrapping paper and empty boxes.
Georgia takes her turn to give nanny a cuddle
After inspecting all the new presents we are finally allowed
to return to bed for an hour to recover
Then a short, but bracing, walk to Jack’s school playground so that he
can try out his new bike
